Entrevista
4 round of interviews. HR contacted me proposing the position, then became unresponsive. I managed to get feedback again thanks to a person I knew at Mastercard. There was apparently misalignment between two persons in HR.
I then started the process: over the interviews, they sounded very interested in my profile, even saying things like ''let's speed up the hiring process so that you could start ASAP'' or ''what would convince you to accept this opening?''.
After the fourth interview, I was said I was in the final 2 and they decided to make an offer to the other candidate. When I asked for more feedback about the reasons behind this decision, technical feedback and more context, HR just disappeared.
After having dedicated many hours to prepare and run the interviews, the minimum professional behavior I expect is to provide complete feedback to a candidate. I was ghosted instead.
Apart from HR, all other interviews (technical team) were nice and professional.
