My interview with Mastercard Ireland was in September 2025 and the overall experience is positive. The conversation focused on the technologies listed in the job description, which for me included AWS services, Kubernetes and Terraform. I’d recommend reading the job description carefully and preparing around those areas, as the questions are very relevant to the technical stack. The interview went well, but I didn’t receive an offer because other candidates had more experience. The process was structured and the interviewers were professional. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d consider applying again if a similar role comes up.
