Very smooth. Had two interviews, one behavioral and one technical. Behavioral was very easy, just asked simple questions about how you work and why Mastercard. The technical part was difficult; there was a coding part, then the rest were questions about the resume.

The interview process begins by submitting your CV and cover letter. They then followed with a HireVue video recording with not-so-standard questions to test if you would be a good fit. Them they followed by two final round interviews.
