It was a very long process frankly. It consisted of an initial phone conversation with recruiting, a day of interviews with 5 people, a second day of interivews with five people, and a final interview on the phone. It was a very long process frankly. I found the people very very nice and open. I think the organization itself is a bit hierachical as evidenced by the number of people I needed to speak with to get an offer. They seem like very very smart people and very ambitious.

Intro call by recruiter, very pleasant. Two rounds of peer interviews. Went great. Last round with regional leader, wanted to end up the call in the first five minutes. It felt like they already knew who to hire and I was a tick the box exercise.

Entrevista
El proceso fue muy largo 5 meses. Fueron 3 entrevistas, las cuales fueron muy cordiales y profesionales. Sin embargo para la entrevista con la VP del área me contactaron para coordinar la entrevista con ella y quedé agendada. A las 2 horas del agendamiento me contactaron para decirme que tenían que cancelarla para re-agendarla de nuevo. A los 3 días me llegó un correo pro-formateado dándome las gracias pero comunicándome que ya no continuaba en el proceso. Me pareció una descortesía profesional el manejo de esta última citación adicional al excesivo tiempo del proceso.
