The hiring process is very easy as well as having very easy technical interview questions as long as you have a basic understanding of unix and middleware. Management team seemed to really listen to you and wanted to know more about your personality than your technical abilities.

first round is Telephonic, for prim any tech discussion, 2nd is face to face technical discussion, 3rd is technical discussion, 4th is project managerial round, 5th is Human Resource discussion.
