Had 45 minute phone conversation with hiring manager. He appeared stand-offish but apparently was impressed enough for additional conversations.
Had two in-person interviews with future peer and SVP - I really enjoyed the exchanges
Received an offer within 3 days - delayed for 1 week to complete other previously scheduled interviews. Choose MasterCard because of stronger package and better career alignment

Asked to discuss consumer barriers towards online purchasing (not initially interesting, but lead to deeper conversations)
It was a mix of experience and resume walkthrough, description of the role, and behavioral examples questions. The team was described. I was allowed to ask questions, too. Next steps were outlined.

Entrevista
Very straightforward - initial phone screening interview, followed by an interview by line manager, meeting with the team, and then an interview with HR. Everyone was very helpful. Wish I had been given more information on the company at the outset as it's quite different now I'm working there. There was a two week delay between final interview and offer.

Once you get to the onsite part be prepared for a long day, I was stuck in a room for about 6 hours as I was introduced to various members of the team. Although long I found the people very intelligence and overall I was extremely impressed with the company. I walked away from the interview with an overwhelming feeling of having found a company I would enjoy working for.
As it turns out I found another job that I chose in part due to the location. I was not all too keen to live in the NYC area, but I'd have accepted the job otherwise. MC has pay bands but I found MC willing to negotiate compensation
