Complete waste of time - spent 3+ months completing 6 interview rounds and a 3-page written task. Made it to down to one of the 3 finalists for the role and completed what I was told were the two final stages of the process, only to be interviewed again 5 weeks later by the senior most leader of the team and rejected for perceived lack of communication skills and prep, despite her not turning her camera on or engaging properly in the interview and only receiving the interview invite 8 hours in advance. Seems senior leadership do not know what they are looking for, as the job has since been re-opened and no-one from the original recruitment round was hired.
