I went through a multi-round interview process with Masterworks, including creating a full presentation deck and completing a thorough assessment that took around two hours. Throughout the process, the team emphasized that they were “moving quickly” and hoping to hire ASAP. After completing everything they requested, communication abruptly stopped. I followed up multiple times and never received a response. Being ghosted after investing this much time and work felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially after they stressed the urgency of the role. Based on my experience, I would not recommend interviewing here unless their process becomes more respectful of candidates’ time.
