Not too rigorous. Lots of .Net questions. The group asking the question seem to be EXTREMELY bright and talented. No dullards in this bunch. The office environment was very casual. I was in a suit being interviewed by guys in flip-flops and torn shorts.

If you were dropped into a strange city with no cell phone and needed to find the location of the nearest bus stop what would you do first. Ask someone? Find a map? Just start searching?

Entrevista
There was a phone interview and skill test , then in person with the manager. The interview process was long and the manager was very very busy so it took a long time . The manager looked at my resume for the first time and asked lot of questions on every single thing on the resume and took a lot of notes. I was exhausted and hungry by the time it was all done .
