This was my third time interviewing for Match Group and I'm sad to say that the experience has always ranged from not-so-great to downright egregious. This past experience was the worst -- first expecting qualified candidates to go through 6 - 7 rounds of interviews, then after two interviews ghosting while continuing to re-post the role with zero communication or updates to existing candidates in the process, then a complete ghosting from the recruiter for over six weeks that finally culminated in a canned rejection e-mail. Please don't keep job seekers on the hook like that -- it's tacky at best and unkind at worst.
