Did four separate 60-minute behavioral/culture fit interviews with various team members, completed several personality assessments like MBTI and DisC, and completed a final round, onsite case study presentation with the team during COVID-19 where social-distancing precautions were taken. Heard from the leadership team that feedback from the team was "extremely positive" after the final interview but then was ghosted by them once we got down to the nitty gritty of salary negotiations. I was upfront at the beginning of the process what compensation I was seeking and was surprised that instead of simply stating that I was outside of what they could offer and letting us part ways, I just never heard from them again even after 3 follow up attempts over the course of 3 months. I'd expect this from a larger company with an HR department/hiring manager/recruiter but at a company of 10 - 12 people, I found this pretty troubling. All in all - bullet dodged!
