The main interview was conducted via phone call. I was asked about my work experience and a lot of other job related questions to see if I was qualified. After the phone interview I had an in person interview. The in person interview was basically a meet and greet as I was given the impression that I would receive an offer. I ended up turning down the offer because the company could not provide details regarding bonus structure and equipment sells; the benefits were pretty weak; and the salary offered was not competitive.
