The Recruitment Process consists of a total of 4 rounds.
1. Technical Test on Online Platform
2. Technical Interview
3. Fitment Interview
4. HR Round
1. Technical Test :
It's a test on the online platform where we have to solve questions on SQL, Python, Pandas Dataframe, and MCQ.
MCQ is based on statistics and ML mostly.(For me it was) . For SQL I think the good practice of the Window function will do the work. For Python your logic in coding is important. one can expect questions like a palindrome. And for DataFrame, should have practice
data manipulation using pandas.
2. Technical Interview:
A good intro along with Describing any one project you have done. get ready to answer all the questions that will be asked based on the project and tools you used.
sometimes they ask to share a screen and write SQL queries or do python code.
3. Fitment Round :
It's a quite tricky round. Based on the company requirement for a candidate and based on your luck to pass this round. Either way, if you do not believe in luck then do a proper study of Guesstimation case studies.be more analytical and be ready to solve case studies on the spot with the interviewer.
In my case, this was the round I could reach at most.
For me, the interviewer had a bad network connection and He told me at the start that he switching to mobile for a better network. But still, the voice was not clear and I could not understand the case study. I asked 'Sorry sir, your voice is not clear, can you repeat the question' - he did it 2 times, still did not get a clear problem statement and He got angry and said ' I told you everything that was required and you are on your own'.
Without a clear question, how to answer it. And I failed in this round.
But You can be Lucky like my friend, who got questions like "Why data Analytics", "Your Future goals", "What do you expect from the company" kind of, and he got selected.
4. HR Round:
Normal HR Talk about joining and Salary may be. I cant reach it but heard.
