Spoke to them at the college fair. Was asked for a short 30 min interview the next day. Got a call from HR a week later inviting me to the technical interview and also asked a couple of fit questions and what I knew about the profile etc... The technical Interview was 1.5-2 hrs long and has questions on basic math, programming concepts, C++, controls and matlab. The first 4 sections were fine and one can answer all of them but the round on matlab was not straight forward as I was asked about how and where some variables, functions etc are stored. And some memory management and stuff which I don't understand how they expect us to know. Got a reject after a week without any feedback whatsoever.

There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
