I applied through company website using their careers portal.After one or two week I received an email from recruiter asking to submit video interview.It was a pre recorded questions in the interview and all of were very common and already been listed here on glassdoor. I did well and got a call after 15 days for telephonic interview.It lasted for like half an hour and all very basic questions for domain like C,C++ and Java.He asked few basic questions on web development as I my background was in computer science and I selected these 3 topics.

There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
