Long and accurate process. Many interviewers followed during a full day. I remember it as a positive experience, after that I understood better my key strengths and my motivations, it has been useful for my following professional career.

Its online through Skype, first you receive an sms then you have to create a Skype account and interview with the hiring manager through chat. The questions are quite easy and you get paid training swell.

Entrevista
A MathWorker put in a referral for me. I sent in my application and CV. Already 2 hours later I received a phone call from HR, a day later a meeting with the country manager. Finally I was invited for an interview and presented an example on a typical pitch. The interview was with I guess 7 MathWorkers in management positions in total on a single day. On my way back home from the interview I was contacted from HR and asked if they could start immediately to have a conversation with my references. 4 days after my interview I signed all contracts. That was really straight through! Thanks to all people who were involved in the hiring process. I still don‘t regret having joined the MathWorks family, it’s a great company to work for and an amazing founder.
