I am happy to let you know that we have adopted an equitable interview process that encourages prompt feedback and scheduling. One thing that is important to us is to have a diverse group of candidates go through the process to ensure we are being equitable when hiring. Sometimes this can result in early candidates having a little bit longer of a process as we strive to ensure there is always diverse representation- however your feedback is a welcome reminder that we should have an abundance of communication as to the "why" there might be a delay. Regarding folks being camera-off during interviews- our first call is typically a phone call with no cameras as to encourage a relaxed environment for our candidates. At the request of candidates, we will send a zoom link rather than call them on their direct lines if that is there preference.
