I applied through indeed, got an email 2 hour later to schedule an in person interview the follow Monday. After the in person interview, I received an offer letter via email 4 hours later. I was only tested on two math questions during the interview.

“How would you teach the problem what is 8% of 250? Without using vertical multiplication.”
Interview process was pretty smooth. I got a message from a recruiter on Indeed and got connected with the regional manager to be interviewed with. They wanted someone more with business background.

The first round was a phone interview with some basic questions like have you had experience with kids or in education. It was very smooth and clear in their interview process.
I heard back about my application and had all my interviews scheduled quickly. There is a math test that was part of the application and two interviews. Looking for personality more than skill.
