Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.

Entrevista
interviewed first and then was called in to take a literacy exam. A lot of it was stuff I haven't looked at in a long time. After that i was called in for a mock tutoring session where I tutored 3 kids in a hour. After that, they had me fill out some paper work and drop off my resume/grades before discussing pay.
