However, the final CEO interview was a disaster—disorganized, with random, irrelevant questions that didn’t align with the role. The CEO mocked my prior work experience and pushed intense work expectations, including weekends, showing zero regard for work-life balance. This reflects a toxic, directionless environment where leadership lacks clarity and professionalism.
