It was a one on one interview, followed by an assessment day, followed by a final one on one interview. The assessment day included group tasks and giving a presentation.

Really hard and drawn out - many tests were set over a period of many weeks, and not clear what was needed - very tedious and boring process. Felt disorgnaised
