A sit-down technical (written) test on various technologies followed by a follow-up technical discussion with partners, and some discussion of the job/role and tests of your legal knowledge. Quite a lengthy process, and the partners tend to keep cards close to their chest in the meeting. Not the most welcoming environment, but definitely good practice for interviews on the more rigorous/daunting end of the spectrum.
