      Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Matic.

      Entrevista

      Matic uses a recruiting company called Insight Global. I was contacted by a recruiter with Insight Global advising they found my resume on Linked In and stated I had an impressive and strong resume and seemed to be a good fit. We chatted for a bit about my experience and was then invited for an interview with the recruiter that week. The interview was a normal review of work history, a series of basic interview questions similar to "name your strengths/weakness", "name a situation when... and how did you handle it". Then we discussed details of the job requirements, duties and reviewed salary and benefits. The interview went great. I was emailed the name and time for the Matic person hiring to give me a call. This is where things went south. The gentleman who called seemed rushed and distracted. He did ask questions but didn't sound to be engaged in the conversation. Maybe I wasn't interesting enough but whatever the case the call was short and ended with him saying good things and that he would next have someone from the recruiting office contact me to come in for a face to face and for me to allow time to meet others in the office, etc. After we hung up that was it. I received no follow up call from either Matic or Insight Global. I initiated a call to Inisght Global for follow up and was told that Matic was still interviewing and they would get back to me but that didn't happen. I understand not everyone is a good fit for a position and I obviously was not what they were looking for in a candidate, however, I find the lack of follow up and misleading statements to be unprofessional and frankly childish.

      I am so sorry to hear that this was your experience in interviewing with Matic last year. It is our goal to create a fully transparent and highly collaborative interview process, and it looks like the vendor in question failed to deliver that experience. As an update on our end, Matic has recently added a dedicated full-time internal Talent Acquisition group focused on providing a streamlined interview process directly through us, as opposed to third-party groups, and I encourage you to reach out to me at mark.b@matic.com if you'd like to learn about the changes to our process.
