Poor communication throughout. Received emails from employee who didn't introduce themselves or have an email signature. Inflexible with interview day/time, I was only offered a single slot. Supplied links for a video interview which did not work. Very impersonal interview, there were no cultural fit type questions just business focused. The interviewer did not turn on his camera or introduce himself and the position he held in the company. Company did not appreciate that an interview is a two way process. If I had been offered the role, I would have declined.
