Entrevista
It was a 3 stage interview process, set up through a recruiter.
The first stage was a fairly informal "get to know" phone call which lasted roughly 30 minutes. A few background questions about my experience, anything I was particularly passionate about. Then the opportunity to ask a few questions of my own.
The second stage consisted of a technical assessment where you are sent a couple of programming tasks with the focus on the design of the software and error handling. In my opinion this is a much better assessment than the standard hackerank/leetcode/codility style algorithm challenges because it better reflects the role of a software engineer.
The third stage was a face-to-face interview with one senior staff member and another tech lead. The interview was fairly laid back with questions regarding education through to hobbies and outside interests. The second half of the interview was more technical and was just a Q&A with the tech lead regarding my implementation of the technical assessment.
