Submitted application online, did a phone screening, got an in person interview with branch manager. Process was fairly quick. Received an email 2 days later saying they had already filled all positions but would keep me on file. Why conduct an interview when you knew there were no available roles?

Entrevista
Three zoom interviews and one in person interview. They were all very nice and very helpful. I chose not to take the position for personal reasons. It's definitely a job you'll put in a lot of time at.
Not ideal. The internal recruiter did not coordinate my interview with the others I was supposed to be meeting with. I was forced to reschedule half my interview once I was in the office.

Entrevista
The process was long and drawn out. The coordinator was brilliant and did a good job keeping me posted throughout the process but (at no fault of her own) the process was weeks of mindless calls, assessments, on site interviews and calls with executives in NYC. After all of this, I got a hallow email letting me know another candidate had been selected.
