Had a phone interview and then got invited in for an interview. Process was fairly slow. I believe I sent in my resume mid December and didn't have a phone interview until mid February. Besides the slowness of the process, it was still a very pleasant process. Everybody was extremely nice and the HR lead is very friendly and willing to answer any questions.
