Multiple stage interview. Started with a short phone call from Human Resources, then a phone call with department manager, another follow up with Human Resources, and next was an on-site tour with a three person interview panel. Lasted about an hour and was a pretty laid back experience.

Hired in August 2018. Apply online, HR will reach out for a phone interview. If successful, you will be called in for an on-site interview with your discipline's department managers (1-3x 20-30minute interviews). Mostly they are looking for past experience that could benefit their department, interpersonal skills, and trainablility.
