Entrevista
This was the lengthiest interview process of my career to date, by far. First was a 30 minute phone interview with one of their corporate recruiters, Vickie, who was by far one of the nicest people I have encountered and was both helpful and encouraging throughout the process. After that I spoke with one of the Department managers on the phone for another 30 minute interview. Here is where the process really gets going...
I had to complete a Wonderlic personality test online and then prepare a 30 minute case study presentation using a large amount of data. I was given one week to put this together for a presentation to eight people. After presenting they had time to ask questions on the case study. Right after the presentation was done I had six, 30 minute interview sessions with six different people. Overall the interview and presentation was just shy of four hours.
The various people I interviewed with were either from the Customer Success team or from the analytics team. Everyone was friendly but I noticed each person's views on the main part of this role varied by what department they were from. Some said this was mainly customer service and customer support focused with a small percentage being analytical work. The next person was the exact opposite and said this job is mainly analytical work and some customer service focused work. Looking back, I think I was thrown off at times on how to approach their questions since they seemed to be on different pages with the main job duty.
Overall I had a positive experience and learned a lot from it. My suggestions would be to make sure you really focus on the case study and hopefully if someone interviews for this position down the road they will all be on the same page of exactly what the job description is. Everyone was friendly and professional and I was happy to see they followed up instead of "ghosting" me which I have read on other reviews of them.

A few phone calls with the recruiter to determine fit with the company and role before speaking with the hiring manager on the phone. All calls were very conversational and casual, which allows you to demonstrate your knowledge verses peppering you with questions. Came in for an in person interview and met with four people there. Then went out to dinner with hiring manager and C-level executive. Everyone was friendly, laid back, passionate about the product and brand, but could tell they took care of business as well.
