The interview was very short and the person doing the interview had mentioned you would often be working alone and would work quite a few open to close. The whole interview process was maybe 10 minutes.

Interview with supervisor and DM pretty commons questions. Just be yourself and be ready to sell. Previous sales experience is a huge plus and the ability to get along with people.

Phone interview that asked standard questions about problem solving, working on a team, etc. the interview seemed like they weren’t listening and had stock responses. I could have said that I killed somebody at he probably would have said “wow, that’s amazing”
