Liked very much the 2 I interviewed with. Both had been promoted from within which bodes well. Both knew their jobs and what they wanted. The issue was with the post-interview. They made and broke 4-5 promises to get an answer to my recruiter. On a Friday they told him that they offered the job to the other candidate FIVE days prior. They hadn't told him or given him any indication. The only reason they took his call was to tell him that. At a certain level the hiring process takes a long time. However I have never had so many broken promises. Very glad they passed on me and feel very strongly that I dodged a bullet. If they break so many promises to a candidate I cannot imagine how they treat an actual employee.
