The job description was clear. The screening questions were pretty great. I was selected for a phone screen. I had that set up for 2 weeks in advance. And then it needed to be rescheduled because someone was sick. No problem. She communicated and got me rescheduled. The phone screen was a phone call with the interviewer. She was cold from the minute she said hello. There was no small talk. No attempt at even trying to build a rapport. I am a extrovert at heart and I could not get this woman to engage with me outside of her very structured questions. There was no apology for the reschedule, thanks so much for understanding. I will detail the questions below.
Here is the thing.....This role is unique. The people that you are evaluating are not only very Senior HR leaders. They are most likely past or current clients. We are the buyer of your product for our employees. So please understand that when you are talking to candidates. I am one of Maven's biggest fans. I have used your services at several of my past companies. I believe in what you do and why you continue to dominate the space. To the recruiting do better. You could be potentially impacting future clients from wanting to work with you.

The interview process with this company was good and thorough. The recruiter was communicative and informative on the process and the timeline to manage clear expectations. The employees I interviewed with were very personable.

Entrevista
Went through two interviews with the head of the client success team. Very casual, not challenging questions if you have the right experience. Talked more about the role than about my previous experience.
