Interview was time consuming, but fair and overall well worth it. The main hurdle was completing a project and presenting it to a few people. I was very impressed with the amount of care taken by the interviewers throughout the process. They really want to see how well suited you are for the job, not just throw gotcha questions at you. A great experience overall.

Everyone is very freindly, however the exercise is EXTREMELY time consuming and not necessarily needed for all roles. While I 100% agree with showing your skills to be hired for a new company, I don't know that it should take 40 - 60 hrs of work especially if you're currently employed.
