Entrevista
Studio Director & Business Director were both polite, informative and friendly through each of my 3 interview sessions.
One of them my internet literally died 4 times during, they could tell I was sweating through my shirt, still were totally cool about it - I rated that a lot.
Huge transparency over expectations for the role and paths of progression.
3rd Interview was presenting a deck, timed to under 20 minutes, I felt like it was a wall of words from myself, but they both complimented it as exactly what was needed to show I could handle the job - got the offer very quickly after that.

Entrevista
Really unprofessional interview. I was squashed into a busy office and sat openly about 1 meter away from everyone working and having loud phone conversations. A junior conducted the interview while we were sat on foot rests as chairs. She had a tablet to view work on, but had forgotten to charge it. I had some questions about clients they work with, or recent work that they had released, but she couldn’t remember anything, and couldn’t answer those questions. Felt like a waste of my time, that could have just been a phone interview, or at least taken me to a cafe.
