You have to meet a regional manager at the tire shop , the interview is conducted in the waiting area. No privacy and the customers listen in on your interview. If you pass the first interview you have to meet the district manager, once again your interview is held in the waiting area. I was taken out back and standing up for 45min while I was being interviewed and interrupted by the phones calls which the district manager was receiving and answering during the interview. The district manager also stated I was over dressed for an interview at a tire shop, I was wearing a long sleeve collar shirt and slacks.
