In a word--thorough, definitely more than expected for what was supposedly an entry-level position. I had10 individual Zoom calls spread over 2 days, with people from marketing, sales, technical development, and even the CEO.
PROS: I got a very clear idea of how various parts of the company worked together. The HR people and members of the team I was interviewing to be on were very transparent and supportive, even offering advice for how to talk to the harder to win over folks.
CONS: Each interviewer seemed to have a different concept of what the person in the new role should do, some of which conflicted.
