Had to go through 3 interviews and volunteer four hours of my time to do a “pit sit” before I even got told if I got the job or not. Hands down the interview process needs to change as a whole and it is absolutely ridiculous to expect someone to come and give you 4 hours of their time for free just to see if they are a good fit or not.
