Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Maxim Healthcare em jun. de 2009
Entrevista
I did a brief phone screen with a recruiter from their corporate office. Then I interviewed with the local office's Accounts Manager. Standard interview questions--experience, strengths, weaknesses, biggest success, etc. Then I came back in the next week for what they call a "pit sit" where you talk to the recruiters and other team members in the office to learn what a typical day looks like, ask them questions about the job/company and they ask some questions of their own as well. It was a good concept to see a work day in action, but I felt like I was bothering them at times since they were trying to work while I hovered over their shoulders.... After that, I had a phone interview with the Regional Accounts Manager. Similar questions to the first, just a little tougher and more in depth. I had an offer a day or two later. Time frame really depends on the schedule of the managers and yourself...

Describe a time you started a project or task and were unable to complete it successfully?
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Maxim Healthcare (Sacramento, CA).
Entrevista
Had a few rounds of interviews starting with phone, then two in person one with a panel, and finally one virtual. Each interview was a combination of experience and behavioral questions.
Phone screen, interview with manager, shadow for position, interview with area manager . Lots of steps for an entry level position. Lots of repetitiveness and same questions ask. Seems pretty redundant

Tell me about a time when you had multiple tasks to juggle at the same time. How did you balance getting these tasks completed
pretty straightforward, they just want to know if you'd be able to do the work and what your experience is like and whatnot. it's not stressful or intimidating at all.
