Four part interview process for a mid entry role--mostly behavioral questions. For a company that has a high-turnover rate, I'm not surprised that their hiring process is outdated and inefficient; they have no respect for the individual. Not worth wasting your time interviewing four times for a company that churns it's employees and spits them out. Save the headache, you're better off working for their competitor instead.
An ideal interview process fair, efficient, informative, and candidate-centric, aiming to accurately assess skills and cultural fit while providing a positive experience for everyone involved. Here's a breakdown of its key stages and characteristics

Entrevista
from first contact with the recruiter to the day of the offer it was about 6 weeks long. 2 interviews. one with the hiring manager and then one with team members i would work with. ultimately turned down because of the time frame(accepted a different offer) and because when i applied the job was listed as remote, it was different on my offer letter so i inquired and was told i would come in the office on an “as needed basis”. i didn’t like the openness of as needed basis
