Then face to face interview with 2 people interviewing, usual interview questions but more target and corporate related than a usual nurse interview.

Very seamless process. Straight forward interview with friendly welcoming staff. Offer adequate training for proper induction and step by step guide on what to expect. Decent salary for role. I completely recommend seeking out a job here.

Three stages. Phone call convo. Clinical exam and finally and Microsoft teams conversation with interviewers. I was explained this process in an initial conversation and was also told it is a quick turn around process. Maybe beneficial for those looking to side step the medical/NHS field
