Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Maximus (Reston, VA) em nov. de 2019
Entrevista
This interview process made me lose any and all respect for Maximus as a company. The interviews themselves were fine-- first round was a standard behavioral interview. They invited me to a final round at their HQ which consisted of three 45 minute behaviorals (similar to first one) and lunch with a couple analysts afterwards. It went well, I thought, so I followed up a couple weeks later to ask for an update. The recruiter said let's talk on the phone on Friday, which I thought was a good sign since I figured they wouldn't call me to tell me I didn't get the job. I gave availability for the call, and the recruiter ghosted me! I emailed again to ask what the situation was and got no response. They left me with confusion and absolutely no closure. It's been about a month since then. On top of this, they haven't even reimbursed me for the $55 I spent on travel and food the day I interviewed. I emailed HR about this and was told they would amend the situation, but they still haven't 4 weeks later! Based on this experience, I wouldn't even consider working at Maximus unless I was desperate. It was clear they treat candidates as expendable, an attitude I would expect to continue in a full-time role.

Give a time when you were working towards something and a disastrous result happened.
First interview with HR over the phone about 45 minute second interview virtual with two people. Not sure if a third interview would have been required I think so . The questions were pretty typical
