Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Maximus.
Entrevista
Friendly, more than one interviewer, mostly behavioral, some questions about technical skills mostly drawing from your resume. They were very responsive and informative throughout the process. They got back to me very quickly after each step.
Four part interview process for a mid entry role--mostly behavioral questions. For a company that has a high-turnover rate, I'm not surprised that their hiring process is outdated and inefficient; they have no respect for the individual. Not worth wasting your time interviewing four times for a company that churns it's employees and spits them out. Save the headache, you're better off working for their competitor instead.
An ideal interview process fair, efficient, informative, and candidate-centric, aiming to accurately assess skills and cultural fit while providing a positive experience for everyone involved. Here's a breakdown of its key stages and characteristics
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Maximus (Princeton, NJ) em mar. de 2023
Entrevista
from first contact with the recruiter to the day of the offer it was about 6 weeks long. 2 interviews. one with the hiring manager and then one with team members i would work with. ultimately turned down because of the time frame(accepted a different offer) and because when i applied the job was listed as remote, it was different on my offer letter so i inquired and was told i would come in the office on an “as needed basis”. i didn’t like the openness of as needed basis
