Forst spoke with a recruiter at Willis Group staffing agency about my qualifications via phone. Recruiter contacted me to meet with one of the Call Center managers in a one on one interview.
The actual interview process was short; hiwever, it was a tempt-hire job so part of my "interview" was successfully working for about 6 months. Then they asked me if I was interested in a permanent posisiton.

Entrevista
The interview process with Maximus was informal; you get the job on the spot. The interview was held virtually but you can also go in person where you fill out paperwork, take a small comprehensive test, and then pick your schedule and they tell you the start date.
