Fairly easy maybe 30 minutes. I also had to read and translate some hypothetical questions from english to spanish. I was informed if i was okay with the hours the company required since its varying shift or rotating shift

Easy, general questions regarding past work experience. Relatable and informative questions about current work practices and procedures. Call center experience helps with the CSR guidelines. Interviewer was relatively new and was very helpful
