Maxsys Solutions contacted me after I applied to their job posting on Monster.com. A recruiter contacted me and briefly asked me about my resume and my current plans. The recruiter then asked me to meet for an in-person interview. I interviewed with just the one recruiter and it lasted about 30-45 minutes. He then asked me to do some research and do a quick write up on a topic he gave me to return to him the following day. After that, I was asked to return for a second interview to meet with the same recruiter again and meet a few more people. Later that day, an offer was extended to me.
