Entrevista
I applied online, talked directly to the Sr. Manager of HR. Dealing with him was the best part of this process, he was very professional and very good at communicating to me throughout the process. I had an initial screening interview with him, then a panel interview. During the panel interview, the Sr. Manager of HR was the only one who asked any questions and in fact was the only one who interacted with me. The other people, I think they were other executives, barely made eye contact. I then had a follow up interview with the owner 1-1. He was late, no structure to his interview, and the questions he asked, made me feel very uncomfortable - I don't even think it was legal for him to ask me about my plans for having a family.

You’re driving down the road in your car on a wild and stormy night. The weather is like a hurricane, with heavy rains, high winds, and lightning flashing constantly. While driving, you come across a partially-covered bus stop, and you can see three people waiting for a bus:
An old woman who looks as if she is about to die.
An old friend who once saved your life.
The perfect partner you have been dreaming about (your “soulmate”).
Knowing that you only have room for one passenger in your car (it's a really small car), which one would you choose to offer a ride to? And why?

Initial communications with HR are great, they are timely, and very professional. The phone interview felt like a good warm up to the actual interview. I communicated directly with the Sr. Manager of HR and he sent me full maps to his location and confirmations of my interview the day before. When I was interviewed it was by a panel of the senior team, although only the Sr. Manager of HR asked me any questions. I had a second interview with the president, and it was completely unstructured, there were times where I didn't feel comfortable answering his questions. After the second interview it was really hard to get a feel for where I stood with the company.

The Sr. Manager of HR asked what my greatest career mistake was, and if I had the chance would I do things differently?
