The recruiter ghosted me. Ultimately, she was also very unprepared to answer most of my questions, and she let slip that the owners are heavy micromanagers. Beyond that, she didn't really seem to be too enthused to do her job or prepared to conduct the interview. The process is supposed to be about three rounds, general conversation type ones. If she's the quality of coworker one can expect, stay away.

Interview process was 3 parts, the last part being a design test. Interviewer was nice and clear about job description. Wasn’t a difficult process, clear about expectations and work culture.
