It started with on-field assessment, which was presenting myself in front of the Talent Acquisition Manager. Then, I continued to next phase, which was online assessment test. The online assessment test was divided into 4 phase, to consider personality fit and measure IQ. Next, I had an interview with HR division in the corresponding city. It was a short interview and only telling about myself.
