I was working there as a Kelly temporary employee. There was an opening, and i aplied for it. They interviewed several ither people befire me. It was a 6-person panel interview including the supervisorsof 2 areas, a few co-workers, and 2 of the 4 doctors I would be working for. They asked more than 10 questions consisting of primarily behavioral type questions. For example, " what would you do if a patient was calling in angry about something...?"

Behavioral Interview Panels. I had two of them for the administrative assistant role which I thought wasn't necessary at all. One panel is enough. The first panel was to get into the admin asst. pool then the next panel is for a specific department.
Fairly easy! Asked around 6 behavioral questions. Answer using your experience and education. Make sure you review a few practice questions prior to the interview and get some knowledge of what you are going to say.
