I was met and greeted by the operations manager of our department. He gave me a tour of the hospital and our specific department. Then, we sat in a private room and discussed my experience and the duties/responsibilities of the position. It felt conversational rather than simply a Q&A session.

The interview was concise! There were two people doing the interview. The reviewed my resume and cover letter. They asked a few behavioral questions. The interviewers shared the process of the interview and discussed the hob description! I was told that they needed to interview a few other people before making their decision. I was told that they would get back to me in a week!
